Rear wheel hub

This project involved the reconstruction of a motorcycle rear wheel hub with an integrated drum brake. Due to damage, only one half of the original part was intact. The other half was recreated using an existing sand molding tool. Through reverse engineering of both halves, a complete and accurate CAD model of the hub was developed. This model was then used to machine a new wooden sand molding tool, which has recently been used to produce fresh molds.
